The hotel rooms were very comfortable and clean, equipped with useful amenities like a mini fridge and microwave. However, the smell of mildew and smoke was quite strong, which might not be pleasant for non-smokers. The service was friendly and efficient, with courteous staff. The location was excellent, well-kept, and convenient for our needs. The dining experience, particularly breakfast, was below expectations. Overall, a mixed experience with some positives and negatives.

I had a great stay at the SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Poteau, OK. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. The location was convenient for our route, with courteous and professional staff. However, the breakfast options were a bit limited, and the 'Grab n Go' bag was not very satisfying. Overall, it was a pleasant experience at a good value.
